Doers • Talkers
There are two types of people in the world:
- Those who get shit done.
- Those who complain about shit.
Takers appease the egos of doers to fulfil their goals. They see tasks as obstacles that need to be delegated to doers while sitting on their Game of Thrones.
Doers focus on the task at hand. They let their work speak for itself. Their creations are a sense of pride, and a reflection of their personality.
Givers • Takers
Takers are attracted to givers like a magnet. They see a giver’s success as a threat, as it digs into their insecurities and inadequacies. Takers see friends as resources, and favors as transactions. If they do something for someone then they’ll expect payback. Takers parasite on the backs of givers to get their shit done. They need givers to implement their ideas while oblivious to the fact that their contribution is just 1% and givers are faced with 99% implementation.
Givers base true friendship on love without expectations.
Empaths • Sociopaths
A sociopath can’t understand the feelings of others. They’ll often break rules or make decisions without feeling guilty for the shit they’ve caused. Self aware sociopaths are excellent chameleons. They’ll adjust their behavior to mirror empaths to gain their trust. They’ll emulate empathy to conjure an illusion of vulnerability. To a sociopath internet videos of falling and bouncing their head off of pavement is a form of amusement and entertainment. To an empath this is an excruciatingly painful visual.
Empaths take on the emotions of others. They extend themselves outwardly and feel connected to people even if they don’t know them.
Consider a foe as your opposite in a Yin Yang relationship. The more you understand them, the better you’ll understand yourself.
Echoist • Narcissists
Narcissists have a grandiose view of themselves and completely lack empathy for others. They’re addicted to feeling special, and have a delusional belief that everyone should adore them. They can’t stand anyone who doesn’t think they’re amazing. They love people they can control, and hate everyone who sees their true colors. A narcissist will step on someone’s face the mud to get what they want and then look back and say, “That wasn’t my foot!” They have no compassion, no remorse, and no accountability. They’re completely self-serving in everything they do. Narcissists have such a convoluted sense of reality that even if they’re perpetually losing, they convince themselves that they’re winning.
The opposite of narcissism is echoism. An echoist focuses on the needs of others rather than fulfilling their own. If the narcissist is in the spotlight, then echoists are in the shadows. If something goes wrong in a relationship then the echoist immediately blames themselves. A narcissist blames everyone but themselves. Echoists are a beacon of energy and a narcissists are a vacuum of energy.
Throughout my adult life I’ve come across a few narcissists. I experienced first hand how their shit negatively affects others. Thankfully, I survived their chronic toxicity. What bothered me most is how they adversely affected my family and friends.
Know Yourself
Consider a foe as your opposite in a Yin Yang relationship. The more you understand them, the better you’ll understand who you are. If there’s one takeaway regarding foes, it’s this: Make sure you don’t take any of their shit!
Surround yourself with good people.

Dusil Photography captures exquisite moments with models who dare to be vulnerable and enter the world of sensuality. I’ve been blessed with the freedom to explore their deepest emotions. Whether it’s alluring curves or a seductive gaze, each photograph tells her story. My portfolio reflects a seamless fusion of feminine beauty and compassion.
