A theme that played out throughout my career was, “Work Smart, Not Hard”. I often debated this approach – not because I didn’t work smart, but how this statement was interpreted.
How do clever best practices affect free time? Efficiency is rewarded in different ways. One may say, “I learned how to complete something in 5 minutes that takes others 60 minutes. Now I have 55 minutes to spare!” But the motivation to automate tasks for the purpose of working less can propagate laziness. Why not repeat this efficiency eleven more times and each hour that follows, to maximize productivity?
The industrial revolution’s autocratic axiom, “You don’t need to be liked, you only need to be respected” is long outdated.
I’m of the mindset that managers set an example for the rest of their team. If they work hard then their team will pace themselves accordingly. The industrial revolution’s autocratic axiom, “You don’t need to be liked, you only need to be respected” is long outdated. If a manager’s aim is to automate their team so that they can sit back and relax on their Iron Throne, then the rest of the team will emulate this pace. Laziness leads to disrespect and contempt. Eventually, employees leave managers, not companies, and the good ones leave first.
People will follow leaders whom they like and admire. The best leaders are followed even when they don’t have the title.
Dusil Photography captures exquisite moments with models who dare to be vulnerable and enter the world of sensuality. I’ve been blessed with the freedom to explore their deepest emotions. Whether it’s alluring curves or a seductive gaze, each photograph tells her story. My portfolio reflects a seamless fusion of feminine beauty and compassion.
